They have also catered on (and for) some of the most prestigious golf courses in America including Tetherow (Conde Naste Traveller Reader's Choice Winner for 2025), Brasada Ranch, Pronghorn, Eagle Crest, Sunriver Resort, and Black Butte Ranch, as well as forThe Scotch Golf Tournament. Other national and international companies we have catered for include Bendistillery; Crater Lake Spirits; First American Title Company; McKenzie Cascade Excavation; Gilchrist Forest Products, Central Oregon Community College, and Seran Bioscience.

Bruneau’s has served at some of the biggest Festivals & Events in the Pacific Northwest and on the East Coast.

The key to their success has been build long-lasting relationships with event managers and staff. Bruneau’s is proud of the fact that at most of the events they have served at for many years they are a preferred vendor who is repeatedly invited to return. And, they have been told, at most events that they serve as a food truck, that they are one of the busiest food trucks.

Some recent past events that Bruneau’s has been found at include: The Southeast Adventure Vehicle Expo in Starke, Florida; Overland Expo EAST in Lynchburg, Virginia; and Overland Expo PNW in Redmond, Oregon.

HOW BRUNEAU’S is UNIQUE

Bruneau’s food trucks are very unique compared to all the other mobile food vendors you’ve ever seen.  Most mobile food vendors make their food privately inside a food truck or a food trailer and then serve their food through a sliding glass window.  Bruneau’s food trailers on the other hand are unique, open-air food carts. 

This means that you can literally see everything what they do from prepping the food to cooking and serving the food.  And not only can you see everything happening, but you can hear and smell the sizzling onions, meat and cheese on the grill.  Everything that they do is a show!  And, people love to watch them cook!  This is no surprise of course, if you think of all the cooking shows that have become popular through the years: Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, The Best Thing I Ever Ate, Hell’s Kitchen, Beat Bobby Flay, and Iron Chef.

Enjoying their food is an unforgettable experience: from the presentation and taste to the conversation and friendships that develop around the grill. Your friends, family, film crew, and/or clients, will remember and talk about our food long after the meal is over.
