Established in 2014, Bruneau's Food Cart and Catering was one of the original food trucks in Bend, Oregon. Recently, relocated to Northeast Tennessee.
Bruneau's specializes in high-volume events exclusively serving mouthwatering Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks and Traditional Greek Gyros (with Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options).
Our simple, but awesome menu, was designed by a Philly Native. Made with delectable ingredients, our sandwiches consistently win rave reviews from discriminating Philly and east coast customers (as our 4.9 Star Google Reviews will affirm).
Festivals & Events
We build long-lasting relationships with event managers and have become a trusted and preferred vendor at many events. For most events that we serve at we are one of the busiest food trucks.
Some recent past events include the following: Overland Expo PNW; Overland Expo EAST; Sisters Folk Festival, Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo; Bend Summer Fest; Bend Fall Fest; Hayden Homes Amphitheater (Live Nation Venue); The Little Woody; Sister's Harvest Faire; Bend Oktoberfest; Cascade Relays, and The Oregon Lacrosse Classic.

Bruneau’s does not just serve food. Cooking our food is a show that people love to watch. Serving our food is an interactive, fun, and memorable event because our chefs rub shoulders with the people they serve. This is unlike anything that you will find with any other food truck or trailer in Central Oregon.
The open air style allow the people we serve to chat up a storm while watching their food be prepared, and hear and smell the meat, cheese and veggies sizzling on the grill.And, there are two things you’ll find at Bruneau’s that you won’t find at Pat’s, Geno’s, or Jim’s Steaks (the three most famous Cheesesteak locations in Philly) — we will treat you with respect and put a smile on your face.

As an event planner and vendor manager it is important to know that many food trucks and food trailers and are not prepared to serve with the volume and the speed needed for the number of people at large events. Most food trucks and food trailers only have experience serving in a food cart park like a restaurant with 5-10 minute service times or for small events.
Bruneau's specializes in high volume events and has served tens of thousands of sandwiches at the biggest festivals and events in Central Oregon including the Les Schwab Amphitheater (& Concert Series); the Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo; the Crook County Fair; Sister Folk Festival and Bend Summer Fest. We have finely honed our speed of service and we are repeatedly invited to return to these events. We have an efficiently designed, streamlined serving system that enables our food carts to serve 2-3 times faster than most other food trucks or food trailers. We are professionals when it comes to serving large crowds with speed, precision, and great food.
