The menu for our food carts (aka food trucks…aka food trailers) has been extensively curated over the years. We have served over 100,000 sandwiches and these sandwiches are so good even after 11+ years we are still eating them too!!
Menu for High-Volume Festivals & Events
We have purposefully kept our menu simple so that we can serve delicious and mouthwatering food fast and efficiently. You will not be disappointed! We are proud of the fact that at most festivals and events we are the top-selling food truck! And, we have been told time and again, by many people at many different festivals and events that we have frequented repeatedly for years, that they look forward all year to our mouthwatering sandwiches and seeing our staff serve. We can’t think of a higher compliment!
FULLY LOADED Philly Cheese Steak
Our cheese steak is made with seasoned chip rib-eye steak, extra sharp, imported, provolone on a handcrafted Amoroso-style roll with sautéed peppers, mushrooms and onions.

Traditional Greek Gyro
Our gyro is made with thinly sliced lamb and beef on a hot pita with cold organic greens, tomatoes, and cucumber and topped with feta cheese and our custom tzatziki sauce.
Chicken Souvlaki
Our chicken souvlaki is made with our custom marinated chicken on a hot pita with cold organic greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers and topped with feta cheese and our custom tzatziki sauce.
BRUNEAU’s SECRET SAUCE
Bruneau’s Secret Sauce was created 11 years ago for a sandwich we stopped selling a couple years after we opened for business…. But, so many people saw us smothering sandwiches with this special sauce from behind the grill that it became so covetted and asked for on our cheese steaks that we had to make more and more of it…. Now, we make bottles and bottles for every event and we have been asked over and over to sell this Secret Sauce.
What does it taste like? ….Well, some say it’s tangy…. and, some say it tastes like a fry-sauce ….But, we say that if you like roasted red pepper and stone ground mustard flavors then you will love it!!
Vegetarian Cheese Steak
The Vegetarian Steak is made with grilled peppers, mushrooms, and onions then smothered with provolone cheese on a handcrafted Amoroso-style roll.
Vegetarian Gyro
Our vegetarian gyro is made with grilled peppers, mushrooms, and onions smothered with melted provolone cheese on a warmed pita and topped with organic greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers, feta cheese and our custom tzatziki sauce.
Kids Menu
For kids we offer Gourmet All-Beef Hebrew National Hot Dogs. (These are so good that some adults have been known to order off the kids menu!)
Cold Drinks
We serve assorted sodas and diet sodas, sparkling waters (such as La Croix and Bubly), bottled waters, and some sports drinks.
Sides & Desserts
We serve assorted chips, bars, and snacks along with amazing desserts.
Special Requests
All of our food is made to order so we can accommodate many dietary needs and requests. In addition to our popular Vegetarian Cheese Steaks and Vegetarian Gyros we often provide Keto & Gluten Free Options.

Menu Trivia
It took us over a year to perfect our rolls when we first started our mobile food business. Ron's commitment to excellence led him to overnight-ship four of the famous Amoroso rolls from Philadelphia to Bend, Oregon for $64. We found a commercial baker who could almost perfectly match the rolls. Time and time again we've been told these are the best Cheese Steaks anyone has had outside of Philly and on par with the historic Pat & Geno's restaurants in Philly.
