Established in 2014, Bruneau’s Food Cart & Catering was one of the original food carts in Bend, Oregon and is now one of the newest ones in East Tennessee.

Bruneau’s TENNESSEE LOCATION

You can find our food carts from Johnson City to Knoxville at numerous public festivals events and you can book our food carts for privately catered events from the Tri-Cities to Knoxville and from Gatlinburg in East Tennessee to Asheville, NC for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and other special events.

Bruneau’s OREGON LOCATION

We have decided to take a sabatical from serving at public Central Oregon festivals and events. However, our Central Oregon food cart can be booked for privately catered events throughout Deschutes County and Crook County (from Sisters, to Redmond, Prineville, Bend, Sunriver, and La Pine).

HIGH-VOLUME EVENTS

For high-volume events Bruneau’s exclusively serves Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks and Traditional Greek Gyros (with Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options).  Our simple but awesome menu was designed by a Philly Native, and our sandwiches consistently win rave reviews from discriminating Philly and East Coast customers.

Bruneau’s CATERING

Bruneau’s has three different styles of catering to offer:

  • Simply Unique — Sandwiches Served off the Food Cart

  • Modern Chic — Grazing Table(s) Served as a Lavish Banquet on Tables

  • Global Fusion — Choose from American, Mexican, Asian, Mediteranean, or mix and match! Served Buffet Style.

Bruneau’s Signature Experience

Bruneau’s does not just serve food.  Cooking our food is a show that people love to watch.  Serving our food is an interactive and memorable because the Bruneau’s Signature Experience is unlike anything that you will find with any other food truck or trailer in Central Oregon.  It is defined by the open air nature of our two food carts.  This open-air concept allows our chefs rub shoulders with the people we serve and people are able to experience our food in a unique way.  Our guests can chat up a storm while watching their food be prepared, and hear and smell the meat, cheese and veggies sizzling on the grill.

If you are an Event Co-ordinator who is interested in inviting us to be a food vendor at your upcoming festival or event please include the name of the event, and the date(s) and time(s) of the event.  Please also include the number of people you estimate will be attending the event along with the expected number of other food trucks and food trailers that you plan to have (if applicable).

For Catering inquiries please include the type of event, the date and time of the event, and the number of people you would like to serve.
